• Global Network Infrastructure Services Group – Managed planning for all of GNIS resources and portfolio. Performed quarterly and yearly (FY) planning for the group. In addition helped establish a release desk, escalation management, and engagement model for the service. Helped Mentor Jr. PM’s in the group as well as managing relations with service to assure all planning and execution was done on time.• ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure, SDN) – Participated in the implementation of a new Nexus 9K platform and ACI in Cisco internal Data Center. Assisted with the planning, Execution, and Operations of SVL labs. Also worked with a cross functional team plan and to build out a design for production DCs.

Work on various implementation projects within the Cisco's Global Infrastructure Services team. • Program Manager, Singapore Datacenter (DC) – As a Program Manager responsible for build out for iPoP and DC in Singapore, the primary DC for APAC Region. Team consisted of 10 PM’s and 32 technical members spanning across the globe. In addition worked as the Primary PM for the Migration of applications.• UC Voice / Video Portfolio – Managed GIS UC voice and video related projects, which included Call Manager 8.5 to 9.0 upgrade. This included all clusters supporting over 100,000+ endpoints and 4000+ agents for Internal and External Call Centers.• Linksys R12 Migration – Migrate the Oracle R12 environment from Irvine Data Center to Cisco Data center. Setup the skeleton for remaining application migration: External WebApps, Internal WebApps, Analytics, and reporting apps.• Tandberg Data Center Migration – Migrated the ERP and applications from Tandberg to Cisco Datacenters. • SharePoint Migration – Built the infrastructure for the SharePoint migration for all SharePoint sites.• HPLO (HP Lights Out) – Manage various projects with in program to migrate infrastructure from HP to Cisco UCS platform. My projects consisted of over 200+ servers build on bare metal, as well as VM’s using VMWare ESXi, with SAN integration in to EMC, or NetApp Frames.

• Managed high performance team responsible for VoIP implementations throughout the enterprise, using ShoreTel as a solution. Lead the project team from RFP, Vendor Selection and management to the implementation stages throughout various geographical offices. Part of the project included the conversion of three call centers.• Telecommunications Wireless & Wired – Co-lead telecommunications standards, policies, and contracts with wireless carriers. • Managed the Electronic Discovery lifecycle for new cases from identification, preservation, processing, to data reproduction.• Worked as a project lead on document retention in SharePoint – contributed to the architecture, design, strategy, training, and documenting of management process for enterprise wide SharePoint system.• Administered the infrastructure for Shea Mortgage group, consisting of 11 applications from origination to underwriting, as well as document management system, all in a closed Citrix environment. • Help assure our processes and procedures met the auditing requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal auditing. In addition helped with compliance required changes and implementations in mortgage group.• Recipient of CIO’s Excellence Award – Team of the Year (VOIP)

Responsible for providing application support on day to day basis. Assisted with the migration of systems from Finance America to Lehman Brothers, for mail and administration. Member of team responsible for system administration for loan origination system.
