Project Description:Loss Mitigation application is part of IVY project which includes components such as Campaigns, Document Collection and Decisioning as a part of the home loan approval process. LM application includes proactive and reactive methods of reaching a customer base. SLS acts as a third party helping the homeowner, a division within a bank that prevents losses from bank hence acting as a firm that handles the process of negotiation between the homeowner and the lender. This application negotiates the mortgage terms for the homeowner that will prevent foreclosure typically obtained through methods like loan terms modification, forbearance, short refinance negotiation etc.Responsibilities:• Involved in Co-ordinating development efforts with offshore Teams• Implemented error handling and detailed logging of error messages in Pega logs.• Involved extensively on the migration and deployment of the application rules from Dev to QA, UAT and Production environments• Designed portals to assign a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with certain skills to work on a loan• Involved in creation of Data pages, Data Transform rules to retrieve details from database tables and populate in various UI features. • Worked on Application skin, Harness rules, Dynamic layouts and Sections to develop an impressive UI that meets business requirements.• Implemented case routing to Work queues, Work lists and Skill based routing.• Monitoring Log files for abnormal issues on application and database servers• Worked on BIX Extract rules to generate csv/xml files to reporting team.• Created the queues and configured with JMS MDB listeners.• Involved in preparation of Document Collection survey questionnaire flows, UI components.• Worked on integration connectors Connect RestEnvironment: Pega PRPC V7.1.9, 7.2.2, MS Visio, HTML, XML, MS SQL 2014, Pega Customer Service for Financial Services Framework.
