Involved with all aspects of developing, implementing, and operating the Rackspace public cloud infrastructure. I tend to deal with a lot of OpenStack wonkiness day in and day out. Deploying batches of servers for public cloud using tools such as ansible, puppet, and custom code that inevitably finds it's way out to the public eventually.I was/am the Cloud-Engineering point-of-contact for the deployment and successful launch of Rackspace's OnMetal offering; bringing bare-metal provisioning of servers to the cloud.I hack on many internal projects in my free time, and I'm a proud member of many fitness initiatives around campus including Raxfit, REC and the TeamRS cyclists.
