More than 9 years of experience in Special Needs Education. She has addressed children from grades I to XII with diverse learning needs such as: Intellectual Impairment, Specific Learning Disability, Slow Learners/System Generated Learning Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Locomotor Disability, ADHD to mention some. She has planned, documented and reviewed (IEPs) in a structured manner comprising of Assessment, Implementation and Analysis that prepares learner's in realizing their true potential. Further, she is a graphologist that aids in inferring one's strengths & concerns. In 2017, she has been awarded with Life Empowerment Awards in the Category: Inclusive Education for Special Needs Children. She is also, a Guest Lecturer, wherein she imparts theoretical & practical skills to budding special educators. She has been taking workshops for parents, general classroom educators, special educators, and peer groups to sensitize, aware & empower them regarding Special Needs Education. Approach is making compassion as a passion (Individual level), work in collaboration (Group level) , and encourage inclusion in society (Organizational level).
