• Assist in the preparation of project quotations (includes FMS and Petrochem) and submission to client.• Ensure the all means of quoting have updated information regarding pricing, exchange rates and product part numbers.• Read and interpret drawings for pricing purposes.• Assist relevant Sales Engineer in ensuring a quick turnaround time in quotation submission to customers.• Assist relevant sales engineer in getting prices from suppliers.• Assist with products quotes.• Assist relevant Sales Engineer in preparation, compilation and submission of tender submissions.• Ensure that the final proposal has a professional look and feel.• Liaise with customers on progress of quotes/orders, whenever Sales team are unable to do so.• Process products sales, and Opti-MIM jobs• Manage CRM integrity • Provide support to sales regarding CRM support queries.• Ensure proof of delivery records are in place.• Process quotations and orders on SAGE all the way through to the invoicing.• Maintaining the integrity/usefulness of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)• When necessary make configuration changes to the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) system• Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM.• Manage Dynamics CRM entities• Configure field customizations• Implement entity relationships• Create and manage Dynamics CRM solutions• Implement Dynamics CRM views and visualizations• Customize Dynamics CRM forms• Implement and manage business rules• Implement and manage workflows, dialogs, and custom actions• Implement and manage business process flows
