Growing up I had always pictured myself working in the medical field. In the process of finding my path to make that dream become a reality, I found I had strengths down avenues I never would’ve imagined. Softball taught me to be a team player, but to also step in as a leader and take charge when needed. I quickly learned to be able to adapt to the company around me which helped me learn to be more empathetic towards others, as well as be a more personable person. These skills were reinforced when I found myself in a retail and sales atmosphere, and eventually self-employing myself as a nanny and household manager. These talents and more are tested and practiced on the daily, preparing me for my future endeavors.
