Honeybox is a a tailored events and consulting business, established in May 2016 we have been in operation now just over a year. It is owned and run by myself and partner, Parisian born Brice Decaux. Brice is the head trainer and chief mixologist , he has traveled the world and gained much respect in the bartending industry internationally. Our mission has been to introduce the Eastern Cape to the art of fine international drinking through our events such as cocktail ateliers (attached). Our events sector can cater for anything from tailored wedding cocktails to corporate year end functions and product / store launches.The consulting part of our business entails hospitality staff training, bespoke cocktail menu design, creation and menu implementation through a series of staff training sessions. To date we have consulted for 5 star establishments such as The Lion Roars Group (Amakhala, Singa, The Robberg, Redbourne), Africanos Country Estate and Shamwari Game Reserve.
