I have 9 years of experience in Customer Success Management/Software Implementation/Onboarding in a SaaS Environment, as well as 4 of those years experience in corporate training (on and offline).     The COM assists paying clients to quickly setup & launch their accounts. The position acts as the success manager for clients that have transitioned from Sales, ensuring that each milestone to reach account launch is completed on time & effectively. The OM is responsible for owning the client relationship during onboarding, answering client questions, taking any requested phone calls & leading any specialized trainings.
