I have worked within the General Insurance Industry for the last decade, I have a comprehensive understanding of the role of contact centres in frontline product delivery and the General Insurance sector.I have a passion for efficiencies in data delivery and process flow at all levels of an organisation and connecting managers and frontline staff to data in a meaningful way.I have a Masters degree in Business Analytics Past experience includes Resource Optimisation as a Real Time Analyst supporting multiple concurrent contact centres, operational admin, government, genetics, document control, the travel industry and natural health. I have wide experience with various system software across many industries.More recently Aspect WFM and RTA, Genesys, Pulse, Aptus, Guidewire, various CRM platforms and the wider Microsoft suite, Tableau and Power BII have a passion for data visualisation in it’s many formats as a medium of meaningful connection to data for frontline workers.I feel that leadership is a journey where you seek the best way to support your team to achieve their potential.
