- Coordinate multiple custom communications projects while meeting clients’ various deadlines- Set up and monitor all projects via Basecamp and follow up with clients when needed- Lead and execute an email campaign between a large client and a third party vendor- Conduct client surveys after the close of each project- Maintain a strong relationship with third party vendors while handling premium clients’ printing, shipping and translations needs- Manage the number of hours each designer and editor spends on client projects- Lead Implementation, Launch and Relaunch calls with clients throughout the year to discuss their communications strategy- Monitor the Client Communications email inbox by responding to various requests and solving any problems that may arise- Train new hires on department processes and provide Basecamp tutorials- Serve as team liaison to other departments- Complete any miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned

- Promoted the Square Cash app using word of mouth marketing, social media marketing, and pitch presentations to raise awareness and understanding- Recruited and trained a team to support these marketing efforts- Dedicated 8-10 hours per week educating campus organizations about the app

- Market the organization by designing promotional themes for t-shirts, events, and banners- Oversee the ordering and packaging process for t-shirt orders of 400+- Oversee arrival and distribution of all orders
