I am a recent Strategic Brand Communication & Management graduate, completing my BA at Vega School in Pretoria. As an emotionally intelligent team member who can build rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds, I am also known for having a flair for creative thinking and personally as kind, encouraging, and reliable. Previous experience in the customer service industry has allowed me to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and adapt, analyse, and find solutions in environments with competing demands while achieving positive business outcomes.I have started and run two businesses from the knowledge gained through my studies and experience. The first is a branding and printing business - Razzmataz Designs, which has been in operation since 2018, and the second is an event management company - Jade Events that I started at the beginning of 2021. I am ambitious and eager to enhance my strong communication and strategic marketing skills by gaining experience, building on my knowledge from my studies, and upgrading my skillset.
