Throughout my life I have learned that a busy life is a happy life, at least in my case. Being able to work has brought me so much happiness and confidence throughout the past few years. I have been able to learn new skills, make some of the best friends I've ever had and feel more purpose driven. I like to try and make an impression on the places that I work by showing my coworkers that I care for them and by trying my best to make the work environment happy, clean, and productive.I am currently studying Psychology at BYU-I.During my studies I have found that I have what is called a growth mindset. Having a growth mindset means that I am focused on positive problem solving, learning and figuring out how to make the best of less than perfect circumstances. I have been able to apply this mindset at all my places of employment and I am always seeking to find new opportunities to learn and grow.
