Serve as a resident assistant in a hall of 90 residents, mostly first and second year students. Responsible for initiating community building and connecting with residents, as well as policy enforcement, while on a team with four other staff and a supervisor.

Served as a teaching assistant for a first-year diversity program. Was responsible for grading daily homework, maintaining confidentiality, classroom setup, and recording attendance.

Served as a counselor for campers ranging from 2nd-12th grades. Was responsible for up to 14 campers at a time while working alongside a new co-counselor each week. Created a welcoming and inclusive environment. Modeled Christian community living, made sure campers were at the right places, facilitated faith conversations and bible studies, and helped write and acted in the daily skit series.
