I use my skills in social media management, external communications, and external relations to deliver effective and impactful solutions for my clients.I am also a Lead Supervisor at Coach, where I oversee the operations and performance of a team of sales associates and managers across multiple locations. I leverage my MBA classes in School Business Development and Finance to optimize the profitability and customer satisfaction of the retail stores, while ensuring compliance with the company's policies and standards. Additionally, I am the curator of the Ypsi Jazz Festival, an annual event that showcases local and national talent and promotes jazz education and appreciation in the community.
