As the Client Services Director for this growing, web development and social media strategy company, I am responsible for all client services, including high level account and relationship management, as well as strategic communications. Working with a number of recognised clients across a variety of sectors, responsibilities include coordinating internal/external projects/campaigns and determining the best utilisation of resources to ensure clients reach their targets and/or goals.While overseeing and leading the marketing and social media teams, working with the team to develop strategies, content and detailed marketing plans for all media platforms/channels. Managing the campaign from creation through to launch, including a range of pre, during and post campaign analysis in order to build brand awareness and increase positioning.Supporting sales and lead generation efforts through formal and informal proposals, and having an influence over the strategy/sales approach.
