I am currently a student at The American's Women College at Bay Path University. I am pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Psychology. I have extensive experience in caring for children and adults with autism, developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries along with other coexisting diagnoses such as paralysis and seizure disorders. I also have experience with various adaptive devices, hoyer lifts, range of motion, feeding, bathing and other personal care needs. I started my career performing direct care duties in a day program for autistic individuals. I moved on to become a program manager of a group home for women with developmental disabilities and then on to managing a group home of older women with traumatic brain injuries.I have 4 young children and have spent the past few years caring for them, and I am looking forward to getting back in to the workforce!“The purpose of life is not to be happy.
