My career aspirations are motivated by the positive impact engineering can have on the human body through movement analyses and biomechanics. I hope to utilize my education and skills to improve quality of life, specifically for those with disabilities or movement disorders. As a member of the Diné tribe, I aspire to use my education to uplift and inspire Indigenous youth to pursue higher education in STEM fields, where we are highly underrepresented. My interests include robotics, mechatronics, product design, and the intersection between engineering and the medical field through prostheses, medical devices, bioengineering, and biomechanics.
