Collaborating with Project Managers and Project planners was a big aspect of this position where we identified and collated continuous resource and skills requirements for all UK-IT projects within the programme. Presented the high level management information in the approved AXA format. I used the AXA employee base to search for the required skills. I was also able to negotiate with line managers on relinquishing resources for numerous projects and initiated the help of external contractors to expedite the projects from two key suppliers. Finally, I cooperated with various AXA business units concerning new starter arrangements.

Alexander Mann is a large Process Outsourcing Recruitment Company and as resource specialist for this company I was to accommodate blue-chip telecommunications clients with suitable candidates. In this role, I screened incoming CV’s, communicated with clients and candidates, conducted group interview workshops, and carried out telephone interviews with appropriate candidates based on competency requirements. I also produced daily and weekly progress reports and spread sheets and worked to SLA’s and timelines.
