As Associate Director of Operations I provided leadership in the operations and service delivery for all Executive Education open enrollment and custom programs. I oversaw all administrative details regarding program operations, made decisions effecting key business operations. I served as area manager and department administrator for the department as well, acting as liaison to Human Resources, OIT, Facilities, and the Financial Services Offices. I managed on-going relationships with the faculty, outside vendors, other Carlson School departments, and clients. I defined and managed the delivery of the highest level service to faculty, custom clients, and participants, directly leading to the success of all programs and ensuring a seamless experience.

Duties to include: establish materials deadlines and process necessary communications/reminders, oversee notebook assembly, and develop administrative and operational arrangements for each assigned program. This included such activities as program registration, facilities, catering, audio-visual equipment, course materials, accommodations and travel.
