-Consulting activities fot the companies who support and who woul like to improve their purchasing processing by;-Improving purchasing organization and purchasing process-Improving purchasing prices with collective purchasing activities in cooperation with other companies (small-mid size)-Having wide range of domestic and international supplier portfolio-Reducing stock level with collective 3PL usage-Increascing DPO - Days Payable Outstanding-Reducing supplier lead time with collective 3PL usage in cooperation with other companies working with same supplier-Having coaching in terms of PPV(Purchasing Price Varient) analysis

-Responsible to manage all direct and indirect purchasing processes and activities inline with company strategy and targets-Preparation, revision and approval of purchasing procedures, process flows and managements of all purchasing agreements-Identify potential domestic and international suppliers for new materials for the new projects, follow up sample process, carry out purchase agreement for mass productions, prepare and improve approved supplier list with comptetitive price agreements.-Supplier evaluation, ranking on annual bases based on supplier performance. Follow up supplier improvement plans-Follow up supplier audits, continuous improvement plans-Integration of purchasing processes to total quality management system

-Production planning activities from prototype phase to mass production until end of project-Capacity and occupation planing activities for mass production together with production and industrial engineering teams-Distribution of daily production plans to production lines, follow up the output in order to prepare also delivery plans to customers-Giving input to material planning based on short-mid-long term EDI and customer forecast-Preparation of KPI reports for production and delivery planing department-Management and follow up of finished good stock in the plant/transit and 3PL

-Management of production planning, material, semi finished and finished good stock in the total supply chain-Cost analysis of finished goods, sales price calculation for each product group and planning of machine loading by product based on EBIT result of each product group-Prepare of production programs weekly/monthly-Prepare of plant budget planning monthly/annual-Preparation of all management reports for good sales and production processes weekly/monthly
