Responsible as a department head for the Human resources development to ensure the maximum output for the organisation which has about 450 staff (Regular and project/contract basis)Act as a team member of OnnoRokom Group to develop, manage and lead the HR functions, with the objective of delivering the full range of HR services (talent acquisition & development, performance management, organisational development, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee services, industrial & employee relations, disciplinary process and cost control, etc.) in order to achieve the most effective and efficient use of human resources to support business growth and organization's desired culture. Lead overall HR Functions in accordance with business strategy of Global, Regional HR strategies, policies and programs by ensuring local legal & fiscal framework standards.Special Project Done: HRIS Design and Emplementation, KPI Design, ISO Certification and Operating System Development.

Oversee and present budgets, accounts and financial statements to the management committee.Liaise with designated staff about financial matters.Ensure that appropriate financial systems and controls are in place.Ensure that record-keeping and accounts meet the conditions of funders or statutory bodies.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.Advise on the organisation's fundraising strategy.Ensure use of funds complies with conditions set by funding bodies.Advise on financial implications of strategic and operational plans.Set up appropriate systems for book-keeping, payments, lodgements & petty cash.Present accounts at the AGMAdvise on the organisation's reserves and investment policy.
