In the gym I provide the clients with fitness classes, and also I practice Physical Therapy there. My way of practicing PT is active treatments. Exercise, I love to find a way to load the injured tissue for recovery. I belive in Active recovery, there is always something that the patient can do with his/her body. Exercises are the best therapy tool.

Working in a team of athletes was beneficial for my growth as a Physio Therapist. Unpredictability is qlways a oart of this job. You never know what is going to happen with the players. As a PT in a club I needed to be prepared for every kind of situation that shows on the pitch. PT responsibilities in a FC are: Caring for the athletes, make sure they don't get injured, react with First Aid when there is an injury, create a plan for injury prevention, create rehab protocol after injury, make sure that they are ready to return to sport aftsr injury, manage their workload etc.. Working in a team really teached me the importance of teamwork with the players and the collegues.
