As a 1st / 2nd line Technical Support Specialist, it was my job to provide the necessary support to end users across the EMEA region. Assisting with projects that required an IT resource, I provided key insight into the possibilities and limitations to certain services / solutions. Building key relationships with end users to change the perspective of IT in the business. As the longest standing IT Team member I helped build the new EMEA IT Team with the IT Director, ensuring we have a team that meets the standards that we set ourselves.

Newham, Forest Gate Community School

Provided full time IT support to Forest Gate Community School. It was my job to ensure the schools IT was fully functional, as part of this daily checks were routine. As the only technician based on the site I had to rely on my own knowledge and skills to ensure all issues were resolved in a timely manner.

Working as a field engineer, providing remote and on site support to small to medium sized businesses around London. I gained experiencing implementing new infrastructure as well as supporting existing infrastructure. I was a part of all projects whilst working there. These projects included but was not limited to the following:- Migrating support from a previous MSP to our services- Migrating users to Office 365 from both hosted mail services and on prem exchange- Training users on the services provided- implementing new infrastructure- installing and configuring both on prem and azure based servers
