Focusing on Payroll, I have been personally responsible for the weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll of over 500 employees including EBA Blue collar and White Collar workers. All other aspects of this type of position including calculating and making payment arrangements of: Superannuation, leave, leave loading, redundancies, deductions, Award interpretation, Workers Compensation claims and Payroll Tax for 4 states.I have also prepared Group Certificates for more than 15 different companies, incorporating over 500 employees both manually and electronic. I also have experience working as an Accountant, Assistant Accountant, Group Accounts officer, Accounts Coordinator- all similar types of roles with different job titles depending on each organisation. These roles included Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journals & Reporting to managers.In every position I have undertaken using a suite of Microsoft products I have developed advanced Excel skills in updating, modifying or creating new files to generate or extract reports as needed.During Temporary Assignments I have also been exposed to Xero, Micropay Meridian v6.1.63, SP3, MYOB PayGlobal, MYOB EXO and Quickbooks software packages.Currently as a mother of 2 young children my work direction is leading me in an area towards better work life balance, being able to work at a great job and mange being a great parent also. I bring to a business varying skills, ability to change and adapt to situations as they arise, working with a small or large team has its benefits when specialists are required.
