In my months with Synergy, I’ve been a key member of a Distributed Energy Resources (DER)Program, working across many teams. My current home is a BA/Scrum Master hybrid working on a technical drop that will improve the data accuracy and management of DER.Program wide I'm driven to facilitate clarity in a dynamic environment filled with interwoven dependencies through workshops, standardizing ways of working and ensuring focus remains on the next important step per team. Regardless I enjoy taking a conceptual and high level idea and refining it into the detailed and prioritised requirements and user stories need to get users their MVP.

I've had the privilege of working to improve the home loan assessment process to create a better broker experience. I've been part of a delivery team that brought in a single point of contact, a new way of working and of course tech that supports self service and automation, all in an Agile way.I'm no stranger making your mutual bank's dollars count, complex vendor tech stacks and improving efficiencies for our customers internal and external. I've canvassed brokers for feedback, led user interviews and run point on a 3 month project that had multiple discovery branches and deliverables that could make a difference to the metric.Finally I did my best to contribute to uplifting the BA chapter from showing off hard won MIRO and JIRA skills to running governance sessions at a forum. While it was an adjustment to work as a BA without developers and testers, I still focused on creating psychological safety and a collaborative team striving for one goal.

Together with a team we used Agile methodology and scrum ceremonies to put our member's first and understand why they may want to use these services and how. I was there from the first story mapping session to device testing on a Sunday morning go live. As a BA helped shape and manage user stories and requirements in JIRA and confluence and then as a team member helped keep my high performing team on track.Finally through the powers of collaboration and influence I've worked with key vendors and internal stakeholders to really understand the changes, user experience and deliver a product that helps both companies achieve their goals.

As a Specialist I was responsible for reporting on, maintaining, and adjusting the SupportPoint application. I worked to disseminate information on HBF initiatives in a user friendly manner whilst ensuring accuracy and best practice is followed. I championed SupportPoint and engage with our content approvers, owners and reviewers to foster understanding and awareness of SupportPoint factors, timeframes, workflows and requirements.

Internal Support Advisors were responsible for providing quality phone support to Branch, MCC & Member Digital Solutions staff. We acted as knowledge repositories, senior processors and coaches in an attempt to empower staff. I helped upskill my team with claim related queries and in returned gained valuable exposure to Branch, MCC and Membership skill sets while capturing call data in a bid to reduce support Reliance.
