This role requires me to provide excellent customer service and empathy to RAC members in potentially difficult situations. In this role I over saw the day to day operation of a small food store with responsibilities including customer service, cleaning and administration, in addition to managing a small team. I developed written resources such as a guide to coffee making and continually looked for ways to improve efficiency in the workplace.

In this role I worked together with the football team and medical staff to manage players health and injuries. My key responsibilities included strapping, sports massage and supervising during activity in case of a medical emergency.
