As a Medical Readiness NCO/Combat Medic and a Human Resources Specialist at the Tennessee Army National Guard, I have over 15 years of combined experience in providing medical, administrative, and logistical support to soldiers and civilians. I hold a Master's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Tennessee at Martin, where I also studied Psychology/General Studies for my undergraduate degree.My core competencies include teamwork, problem solving, and emergency medical care, as well as activity planning, social media, and equal opportunity. I have received multiple awards and honors for my outstanding performance and leadership in the field, such as the Outstanding Alumni Award, the Combat Action Badge, and several Army medals. I am passionate about serving my community and empowering others, and I volunteer as a Camp Medic during the Tennessee Youth Development Week every year.
