Responsible for the overall supply chain management. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, directing, managing and coordinating logistics, warehouse, forecasting, transportation and customer service activities. Organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods, inventory control, and staff management. Lead and direct strategic planning for logistics and customer services daily operations. Managing the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Serve as a liaison between customer, sales team, and shipping team in order to maintain open communication throughout order/Purchase order cycle. Maintain reporting tools necessary to keep sales team abreast to order situation. Investigate any quantity or quality issues with regards to orders, inventory counts or products.

Compile forecast and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and bill of material components. Analyzed inventory in order to maintain stock levels and reduce out of stock situations.

Fill orders and distribute merchandise to customers according to sales orders and current inventory levels. Invoice all retail partners including Sephora, Macy's and Dillard's via EDI Purchase and maintain all sampling products used in retail doors by analyzing records of past transactions, trends and costsEstimate stock requirements for alternate shipping facility based on sales orders, inventory, projected volume of sales and current quarter trends
