Researching a diverse range of undergraduate students and their future careers. My responsibilities included cleaning, gathering, and analyzing over 2,400 survey entries, and my team and I developed an online website, LaborLab.com, which provides researched coursework, an online community, and guided student resources. I led a team of eight interns to gain research experience and delivered an in-depth presentation of the study's findings to a 400-person audience.
