Supports assigned Talent Acquisition Consultant teammates with hiring protocols and procedures in a timely and accurate manner. Procedures to include but not limited to: Scheduling new hires for pre-employment health assessments, adding new teammates to (TMO) Teammate Orientation List, submitting PI and other pre-employment skills testing to applicants, and completing the keying of the New Hires. • Completes pre-employment background checks (as requested) to include: references, credentials/licensure verification and education verification.• Assists in completing candidate interview expense reports.
