I am a fitness entrepreneur and public health professional with an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno. I run my own fitness company, TnT Fitness, where I design and deliver customized fitness programs for diverse clients. I also manage the business operations, marketing, and finances, ensuring its growth and sustainability.In addition to being a business owner, I work as a Health Program Manager at the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health. I oversee and monitor various grants and projects related to public health, nutrition, and chronic disease prevention. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, plan and execute events, and evaluate the program outcomes and impacts. I leverage my skills in event planning, grant monitoring, and community outreach to support the department's mission and vision. I am passionate about improving the health and wellness of individuals and communities through fitness and nutrition.
