I possess 10 years of professional experience, with 8+ years in IT staffing. I have recruited, managed a top producing team and office, and have been client facing for the last two years. I love helping people and get to live that out every day. I specialize in partnering with my clients to either build custom teams or add talent to existing teams.What keeps me going in this industry? I'm from a small town right outside of Charlotte, NC and I've lived in Charlotte for over 9 years. I recently bought my first home, that has been an adventure! I spend most of my free time serving in my local church, experiencing daily life with family, trying new restaurants with friends, travelling, playing with my rescue pup, and coming up with DIY projects.
