FounderProject Uncaged Mar 2014 - Present"Project Uncaged" is a trauma-informed, research-based creative writing program for incarcerated girls, offered in multiple U.S. states. Developed over years of research and practice, the program is designed to reduce stress and trauma symptoms while amplifying girls' voices in justice reform and public discourse. Through media coverage, published books of participant poems, and peer-reviewed scholarship, Project Uncaged has connected girls' stories with large audiences, and inspired/informed numerous similar initiatives across the U.S..
