Striving to grow business for ProMortgage, I assist in generating new leads by contacting past clients for the loan officers. I have developed marketing materials to send to prospective clients. I have worked diligently on organizing the loan officer’s databases to more efficiently track loan closings. On a daily basis, I am responsable for facilitating the loan transactionds to ensure the borrower or buyer has a good experience.

Through consistently providing excellent service to customers and always striving to exceed sales goals, I assisted my financial center in becoming number one network-wide by cross-selling all bank services to ensure that WaMu was the customer’s primary banking institution, working closely with customers to understand their needs which deepened their financial relationship with WaMu. I consistently went above and beyond when dealing with customer service issues turning a negative customer experience into a prosperous relationship. In addition I was responsable for educating my front-line team on the importance of prospecting existing customers as profitable entities of the financial center. I used creative games as a technique to promote referral activity from my frontline staff. Before being promoted to a personal financial representative I managed daily reports and new accounts to ensure accuracy for audit thus leading my financial center to two highly rated audit certificates.

While at Chicago Title Company I worked closely with high-profile/nationally acclaimed builders such as DR Horton, Standard Pacific, and Pulte Homes with their new construction sale transactions. Some of my duties included preparing new master files for the builders to alleviate the unnecessary duplication of paperwork, answering all questions and instituting ideas that would facilitate the quick and easy closing of the buyers purchase transactions.
