To assist in meeting the goals outlined in UNCSA Forward (the institution's strategic plan), OIE will have a two-pronged approach, to provide educational opportunities for the UNCSA campus community and to offer affirmation programming for students who identify as people of color, LGBTQIA+, and international. OIE’s work will center all students and work closely with the Chief Diversity Officer once they are hired.
