A key highlight of my role was serving as the Project Manager of the National Civic Education Congress, where I led the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale event that brought together educators, policymakers, and activists to discuss and advance civic education initiatives.In addition to overseeing key projects, I was responsible for designing and executing the first volunteer selection process, bringing in a new wave of passionate individuals to drive our mission forward. My Way: Key Talent Leadership Programme for Senior Managers and Directors of EMEA. It was the 12th edition of the program, the most renowned leadership program of PwC. Part of Europe, Middle East and Africa team (EMEA). We organized 10 Workshops (36 participants and 6 trainers each) in 4 different countries - Germany, Spain, Italy and France. Each workshop had in between 4 or 5 immersive days. Responsible for all the contact with the participants (360 Senior Managers, Directors and a few Partners from more than 20 countries from Europe, Middle East and South Africa), communication previous to every workshop for participants, venues and tutors, regarding pre-work, logistics and transportation. Also, all the logistics onsite, interactions and adjustments with the venues, tutors and participants.Average feedback 4.7/5. Highest satisfaction since the beginning of the program.
