• Ensure effective project management of the assigned projects by maintaining the delivery of appropriate, technical, operational, financial, and administrative outputs, while tracking the project progress through monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. • Examine current and new business opportunities with the Management and Heads of Departments.• Identify constraints and recommend a policy and regulatory framework for the seamless adoption of the platform for external stakeholders.• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, financial institutions and public sector agencies to ensure stakeholder alignment. • Lead and manage the Client Services team that will engage, coordinate, collaborate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of projects.• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget by coordinating with other internal resources, project partners, and clients for the flawless execution of projects. • Develop detailed project plans and process maps to document needs, to monitor and track progress. • Measure and track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals using appropriate tools and techniques. • Work closely with team members to develop weekly progress reports to be presented to the Management and the Board of Directors.

- Review project requirements to determine necessary resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure technical and safety expectations are realized to meet both, customer and internal specifications.- Give attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills which will help to solve the critical completion of tasks.- Align with preliminary and detailed designs, drawings, and specifications to customer requirements.Identify, evaluate and implement improvements in the processes and handling /distribution operations throughout the country in line with Network and Regional Standards, to continuously challenge the existing shipment movement operations and processes with a view to improve operating and service performance and promote cost-effectiveness and increased profitability.- Country Operations: Develop short & long-term plans in the areas of facilities, equipment, and network for the country. Ensure service quality in all aspects.

- Regularly attend the Sub Stations to monitor the progress of electrical and civil work as per drawing, Field check design layouts.- Initiate & execute total project plan with internal team and maintain liaison with external vendors. Comply with all safety requirements- reinforce all internal and external safety practices and policies. (e.g. PPE, etc.). - Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and meet all requirements. Communicate and resolve any design issues with customers.

- Make plans & generate new ideas to achieve project target. - Generate reports regarding projects progress. Present it to customers & higher management. - Give internal training & arrange workshops to improve the efficiency of team members & introduce new IT tools. - Delegate work to team members as per work nature & plan.- Ensure project resource utilization to meet the project target.

- Manage and plan the power system arrangement at NOC (Network Operation Center)- Monitor RF parameters & changes requested by optimization, Monitor Cacti & Nagios. - Maintain schedules of network outages for the performance of preventive maintenance activities.Work on AAA, AGW, HA, SPR, RCP.- Develops SLAs for both internal and external customers and assures compliance. - Maintain daily KPI & weekly performance trends.- Prepare Training sessions for customer operation regularly.

- Monitor and develop the activities of the first-level executives.- Coach, facilitate, solve work problems and participate in the work of the team.- Communicate assignments, milestones, and deadlines to the team and individuals based on team head.
