• Provide leadership and management support to the field team in achieving all of its project targets.• Supervising and supporting the block staffs to develop the outreach plans of the blocks according to the CLFs action plan.• Conducting weekly review meetings (WRMs) at Center or over online platforms with the field team.• Lead team in organizing linkage camps in the villages by coordinating banks and BCAs to ensure FI.• Conducting regular field visits to all 3 blocks of centers to check quality of the trainings, understand impact of the program on ground and audit some sample of the data recorded in the MIS portal.• Capacity building of blocks level staff in meetings and also by regular demonstration at field by conducting community trainings.• Conduct regular trainings and ToTs for the block level staff – in person / virtually.• Ensuring quality delivery of all the trainings program designed for the community members and the block level staffs.

1) Analyze data processing requirements to plan data processingsystem that will provide system capabilities required for projectedworkloads, and plans layout installation of new system ormodification of existing system.2) Confer with data processing and project managers to obtaininformation on limitations & capabilities of existing system andcapabilities required for data processing projects projected workload3) Provide remote assistance to customers via anydesk, chat, orphone call.4) Troubleshoot using the necessary tools and review resources toproperly understand andsolve the reported issues.5) Document and collect information about all reported issues, andescalate as needed.6) May specify power supply requirements configuration.7) May recommend purchase of equipment to control dust,temperature, and humidity inarea of system installation8) May specialize in one area of system application or in one type ormake of equipment
