Analyzed next generation sequencing data with advanced bioinformatics tools in R. Microbial cell counts were analyzed in Microsoft Excel and mathematical models for growth predictions of bacteria were developed. Learned to manage PhD project with high degree of independence and responsibility. Attended four international and three national conferences with poster sessions and independent presentations for large international audiences.Research programme: Brazilian-Danish Strategic Research Cooperation within Food Science, The Danish Research Council for Strategic Research
