In a 6 month assignment, I led the development of an influencing strategy that includes a campaign plan as well. Analysed different roles to develop a team organogram and essentially led the development of the “influencing” function of nearly 9 staff and their recruitments.

I can boast that after I joined I have created all the presentation that Dhansiri Communication has made till date, after I have joined.The Messenger: Creating messages and not just a bundle of information which does not have an energy or can not bring in change is not worth it. I create messages so that people understand and take necessary action.
