I have more than 15 years of experience in the design and production of electric vehicles, quality, R&D, and simultaneous multiple (40+) project management in Türkiye's largest companies such as SKT and KARSAN Automotive. I started my professional career at SKT in 2007 as a "Material R&D Engineer" responsible for product development activities. Between 2009-2012 I worked as "Process Engineer (Kaizen Group Leader)" responsible for all processes for sheet metal forming, rubber forming, and catophoresis surface treatment and between 2012-2013 I worked as "Project Engineer" responsible for the simultaneous management of 10+ projects for brands such as ZF Germany, BMW Truck, Ford.Since 2013, I have been working at KARSAN Automotive, which serves the world's leading automotive brands and has an annual production capacity of 18K+ vehicles. Until today, I have assumed duties such as a "Project Quality Engineer", "Process Quality Engineer (Assembly)", and "Project Leader". - I ensured the preparation of project quality and management plans and the monitoring of project budgets. - Being responsible for all processes including body production, cataphoresis surface treatment production, and assembly production, I successfully managed the transition to serial production (SOP) of 11 vehicle projects such as ATAK Diesel, STAR Diesel, JEST Euro V, JEST Euro VI, Electric JEST.- I realized all necessary serial control and delivery approvals for the Hyundai H350, Türk Traktör Cabin, Karsan ATAK, STAR, and JEST EV projects.- I supervised the assembly processes for buses and led all processes until the vehicles were delivered to the customer on time and in full.As a "R&D Product Project Leader" responsible for managing all design, test verification, procurement, and production delivery processes of the new product project between 2021-2022, I ensured that the first electric bus production project of strategic importance was completed on time with 100% success. Currently, I continue to work as an "Product Projects Section Manager & MR", responsible for the management of 45-50 projects simultaneously. I am responsible for providing and managing the necessary resources for the success of these projects.
