• Managing all controlling operations• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting• SAP key user (FI/CO, SD&Logistic), Support the project Organizational Change Management to develop and execute the business transformation / change management plan required to successfully implement SAP

• Responsible for all tasks of operational and strategic controlling• Support the management in budgeting and planning• Internal and External reporting (reporting packages for group consolidations, ensuring compliance with Group’s reporting requirements)• Regular forecasting• Deliver plan vs. actual comparisons • Prepare analyses, calculate the required KPIs and develop suggestions for improvements, monitoring and analyzing monthly operating results against budget and forecasts• Support management in Risk management (incl. Hedging)• Project controlling• Key user BI applications• Sells controlling and close cooperation with sales on market data, pricing, promotions, etc.• Works-out business reports and analyses for CFO and/or Board of managers

• Internal and external reporting, internal reporting packages for group consolidation, ensuring compliance with Group’s reporting requirements• Prepare monthly/yearly reports of the main company’s indicators compare to Budget estimation and previous year results• Support the preparation of company annual budget• Key user BI applications• Prepare the Business development simulations (business plans)• Prepare various ad-hoc reports based on the management needs • Responsible for the risk management of the company

• Maintain Projects Systems and Controlling modules in SAP• Ensure that FI issues are addressed properly• Collect, maintain report and analyze administrative expenses in SAP and Excel• Review variances between actual and plan versions with responsible budget holders (control over Overheads expenses)• Prepare and track monthly accruals• Assist in preparing the year-end audit file with all schedules• Prepare the monthly cash flow forecast (till April 2009)• Prepare monthly VAT report (till April 2009)• Support the preparation of the company budget• Provide input to the area planning and reporting team• Support the implementation of various projects in BAT Bulgaria and BAT Trading.
