Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center is the first leadership institution in Bangladesh. Originally developed at Harvard Kennedy School's Center for Public Leadership in 2008, Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center was established in Bangladesh in 2009.● Affiliated with three projects at BYLC: Creating Sustainable Future for the Youth of Bangladesh (CSF), Orange Corners, and Empowered Youth Labor Force (Nuffic project)● Supported in drafting the 5-year strategic plan for BYLC Ventures department● Supporting stakeholders communication, project management, and resource allocation to drive operational and financial success in collaboration with key team members● Preparing agendas, presentations, proposals, meeting/program reports and others documents● Coordinated over 40 capacity-building sessions and events in one year including accelerator training, Startup Talk, investor meetups, webinars, and other capacity-building sessions● Conducted due-diligence of startups, developed investment proposal for 18 early stage startups, and accelerator program agreement for the selected startups● Maintaining progress tracker for 37 portfolio companies, monitoring their monthly data and providing support as needed● Leading pre-incubation phase as Program Officer at Orange Corners Bangladesh, supporting programs, creative, communications, and partnerships● Organised four bootcamps for BYLC Ventures and Orange Corners Ideation Challenge, overseeing team screening and conducting training sessions during the bootcamps● Serving as a member of the BYLC Safeguarding Committee to ensure the safety of all individuals affiliated with BYLC

Orange Corners Bangladesh, an initiative of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, empowers Bangladeshi youth with skills, funds, and resources to transform their innovative ideas into lasting businesses.● Program Officer of Orange Corners, where ran five social media campaigns and reached anaudience of over 300,000. Additionally, I gave feedback to 200+ designs and scripted 5 videos● Planned, designed, and executed 4 campaigns (2 Student Ambassador programs and 3 Ideation Challenges)● Generating promotional content for the campaigns● Documentation and reports of events

NSU Startups Next is an incubation center for the early-stage startups of North South University.● Mentored over 100 students and early-stage startup founders on business model development, digital marketing strategies, and pitch deck creation● Facilitated networking opportunities and discussions between startups and angel investors to foster partnerships● Secured $20,000 sponsorship from Sajida Foundation and iDEA Project to support cohort startups and program management● Organized various events including MoU signing ceremonies, workshops, seminars, webinars, mentorship sessions, and startup clinics for students● Maintained and updated the official website of NSUSN regularly
