- Contributed to a paper examining the impact of improved cooking fuel on interpersonal violence triggers in Rohingya refugee camps in Cox Bazar, Bangladesh. Presented findings to faculty and professionals.- Translated and utilized qualitative research methods (thematic analysis and coding) for 20 in-depth interviews.- Presenting to faculty members, professionals in the field, and peers to explore pathways not included in our model to show how improved cookstoves can increase or decrease household tension and triggers for domestic violence.

Healthcare Navigator intern on the Care Gaps Cancer Screening team, COVID-19 Hotline, and Occupational Health team for a service learning internship.- Managed the virtual COVID-19 hotline at UCSF weekly, triaging 20-50 patients, assessing COVID-19 testing eligibility, leveraging resources, and escalating emergent cases to the care team.- Scheduled patients for cancer screenings and processed employee documentation and COVID-19 testing results for return-to-work clearance at UCSF; operated advanced technology systems (REDcap, APeX EPIC Health Systems, and CipherHealth.).- Created training manuals and trained new interns working for the cancer screening team and the COVID-19 hotline.
