Hello, I'm Tasneem Dasgupta, founder of Sara Creations. Born in Mumbai, my journey in fashion began with a desire to blend creativity with ethical practices. In 2003, Sara Creations was born, focusing on handcrafted, personalised fashion. My work extends to social causes, particularly in education and healthcare.A significant part of my life is dedicated to 'Hope for Aaditya' an initiative inspired by my son's battle with Neimann-Pick’s Disease Type C. This venture has enabled me to support research and connect families facing similar challenges.I am also committed to enhancing education in rural areas, notably at Koluru Primary School, where Hope For Aaditya is improving learning conditions and resources.As a mother and a professional, I balance my time between my design studio in Bangalore, my farmhouse in Koluru, and traveling across India. My mission is to make a difference through empathy, kindness, and mindful fashion. Join me in this journey of creating not just clothes, but a gentle, positive impact on the world.
