• Handling admissions for the students from KG1 to Grade 12 from Various countries.• Attend and respond to client’s' admission queries.• Consult students and/or parents regarding enrollment services and application processes.• Support contact center & provide excellent customer service in all aspects of the school’s services.• Updating students’ information, students’ marks, students’ transfers and certificates of good conduct on Al Manhal MOE website, • Generate and prepare required reports regularly.• Online supervising on school classes and exams

• Handling Petty Cash, Cash Disbursements, & Cash Payments regarding different kinds of Expenses such as Miscellaneous Expenses, Salaries, Overtime Payments, Final Payments, Loans & Deductions, Allowances & Advances, Cash Payments regarding Assets Returns, Customers Deposits, ETC.• Handling Payables Such as Local Vendors and Bank Payments.• Handling Receivables Such as Clients Installments and Receivables against personnel.• Handling Entries Such as Journal Entries, General Ledger Entries, Adjusting Entries and Reversals.• Matching & Clearing both clients & personnel accounts.• Handling Cash & Cheques Deposits.• Auditing Documents.• Bank Reconciliation.
