Foreseeing the growth in demand for Enterprise level I.T. Consulting & Digital Transformation services, I have been focused on aggressively expanding our client portfolio in Greece and establishing market share in other European markets. With our team of truly uniquely talented people, we have delivered over 25 projects in the past 8 years to some of the most prestigious clients in Greece and abroad.- Defined the strategy direction that successfully repositioned EXIS as a differentiated competitor in the market; leading a cross-functional team of Developers, DevOps & Database specialists from project inception to launch- Developed personal skills related to business management and took over the responsibility for developing and executing the company’s Vision & Strategy with ability to successfully introduce new services and increase revenues by implementing new income-generating streams. - Expanded customer service offering via the extremely successful introduction of Digital Transformation & I.T. consulting services, creating new revenue streams and increasing revenue from this vertical to 10% of total.- Introduced one of the most advanced computer vision platforms for people counting to the Greek market with major clients such as DEW21 Electric Utility company in Germany.

Taking advantage of our large customer portfolio in the telecoms market, we developed our own Business Software Product, a CRM platform specifically designed & developed for service operators. I was responsible for the product management and lead the team of software developers.During this period, EXIS’s CRM platform was licensed to 12 service provider customers. We also delivered 8 consulting projects during the same period, offering our products and services to SMEs and Enterprise clients such as 3M, HOL/Vodafone, Unilever, WIND, EYDAP, Aegean Power, PostCredit, Teledome, Lannet, Vivodi, On Telecoms, Cosmoline, Tella in Greece and abroad.- The total company revenue from our CRM product for this period was ~3,5 million euros, reaching an average of almost 0,5 million revenue per year from new installations, licences and support contracts.- Grew the company’s team from 14 to 20 full-time employees.- EXIS reached the 1 million annual revenue for three consecutive years (2008, 2009 & 2010).

Focusing on the upcoming telecom market in Greece, we strategically decided to develop an I.T. Consulting department in EXIS. I led the management of that team, growing the consulting revenue and also scaling our consulting customer base at the same time. Within 3 years EXIS managed to achieve an outstanding reputation in the I.T. and Telecoms consulting market, with specialization in Mediation, Billing and CRM business software. I lead most of the consulting projects, participated in various events and developed my consulting and managerial skills.- Within 3 years the total consulting budget reached 1 million euros and became on average ~45% of company’s total revenue.- Grew the company’s team from 8 to 14 full-time employees. - Managed, developed custom software and optimized processes by defining new features based on identified client business processes optimization needs

EXIS was founded 20 years ago, where we scaled-up from a small software development studio to a niche custom business & enterprise software development company. Within 2 years EXIS set the foundations for becoming a highly trusted custom software development and consulting partner for SME’s and large clients, serving some prestigious companies such as Teledome, Warner Bros Greece & Euromedica.- Grew from a start-up company to 7 employees, while revenue increased ~150% per year and company’s customers increased ~70% from 13 to 22 - Scaled-up software development business unit to 27% of overall revenue with specialization in three main verticals, business software, enterprise software & custom software development.
