A multi-qualified practitioner (physio, chiro, S&C) with 19 years experience working across professional football (first team and academy) and multi-sport. Integrating an evidence informed, innovative, multi modal, and adaptable approach with strong clinical reasoning, manual & movement therapies, exercise prescription, and neuroscience. Athlete education and inspiration form key elements to improve physical and mental resilience, robustness, and mitigate any future injury risk. All aimed at effectively optimising sports performance, and successfully managing sporting injuries from rehab to return to perform, and beyond.Extensive experience working in a MDT to achieve the best outcomes for athletes, whilst communicating and collaborating with staff to build relationships, and contributing to their (and my) education and growth. My passion lies in optimising physical and mental elite athletic performance - I'm now at the coalface achieving this in full time Premier League football.
