Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen asianhallintajärjestelmän käyttöönoton koordinointi, keskittyen keskeneräisten asioiden siirtoon kunnilta HVAlle. Asioita siirrettiin Pirhalle yhteensä 17 organisaatiosta.Tehtäviini kuului työn määrittely ja suunnittelu, teknisten ratkaisujen löytäminen, projektin budjetointi tarjous vaiheesta toteuman seurantaan, kuntaviestintä, siirtotyöhön osallistuvien koulutus, siirron etenemisen seuranta sekä raportointi. Järjestelmätoimittajien, kuntien, Istekkin sekä asiakkaan projektitehtävien koordinointi ja seuranta.Lisäksi konsultoin Pirhan dokumentinhallintajärjestelmän valinnassa sekä sähköisen allekirjoitusjärjestelmän käyttöönotossa.

These can be used with different environments such as HTC Vive, Hololens and Leap Motion. Related, but not limited to Modern Leadership and VR/AR, my roles includes working in the customer interface in sales and account management.Utilizing these we designed and planned the Intopalo internal organisational development to support the rapid growth of the company.

Jalava Sensors developed automated system to be used within e.g. TPMS systems to identify brake and bearing faults. It doesn't just measure the tire temperature and alert if pre-defined trigger is met. It takes the information further and uses AI to determine if there's something wrong within which tyre, like in bearings or brakes, both hot or cold brakes.

Concepting and Leading projects in the area of Mobile applications (Android, iOS, Windows Phone) and web solutions on customer demand in Accenture Mobile Innovation Center.Leading project with line manager duties creating Windows Phone apps for major European Operators. Project was done in 4 sites in 2 continents with 6 scrum teams, UX team and with test lead and localization expert. 9 subproject managers and other team leads were reporting directly to me, whole team consisting total of ~50 people. Project worked on 15 mobile applications and was concluded in time and with customer satisfaction (resulted 6 in scale 1-7). Team effort is what counts!
