I am an ambitious and encouraging leader, with a strong background in the technology space who has a gained diverse and unexpected experience outside the stock standard career path leaving me with a very unique skill set.During my career, I have worked across the Asia Pacific, UK, Europe and North America, including an 18 month tenure in London, where I established the European regional office for Promapp, a fast growing business process management SaaS tech business.     I joined Nintex following their acquisition of Promapp. The result of this acquisition allowed Nintex to become the market leader in SaaS end-to-end process management and workflow automation allowing clients to easily manage, automate, and optimize processes with no code.I led the Promapp sales team through a significant migration from Dynamics CRM to Salesforce which was being used at Nintex. Utilising the Promapp BPM software to make the change the global sales team were able to continue performing at their peak with very little interruption.Based on the limited amount of disruption caused by the change, and the rapid onboarding of the Promapp sales team, we calculated that our level of process inefficiency was cut by 75%, saving us more than $85,000 per month.Key processes were redesigned and redeployed without the need for a large, dedicated development team. Once the new processes were captured and operational, the sales team quickly got back to business-as-usual activity, and the positive impact of the changes soon became apparent.In the early days of the acquisition I was a major contributor to the partner enablement program. This consisted of buyer persona and selling tactics including Promapp product positioning and demonstrations to ensure the global partner network could upskill on the additional Nintex Platform offering.Nintex is the global standard for process management and automation. Today more than 8,000 public and private sector clients across 90 countries turn to the Nintex platform to accelerate progress on their digital transformation journeys by quickly and easily managing, automating and optimizing business processes.

    I was asked by the Founder and CEO to move to London as part of the Promapp international expansion strategy. As part of this, I was tasked with building the territory from scratch and once it was performing, to recruit in order to back fill my role and finally, ramp the new team of Account Executives to ensure the territory was self sufficient when I departed.
